Our Sustainability Initiative
- We discourage the use of single-use plastics
- We use Mil Mill recycled paper tissue roll
- We use a Well# smart water station to provide water refill for residents
- We provide residents with reusable tote bags as shopping bags and water bottles
- We have bins to recycle paper, plastics, glass and paper bags
- In order to further reduce food waste, we have installed a food composting machine at The Nate, which can recycle food waste into fertilizers that can be used for our rooftop plants
- Plants are used throughout the building and on the roof to absorb heat and expel oxygen
- We have implemented an energy-saving design: 90% usage of LED lights in the building & we use laminated glass in all windows to help with energy insulation
