About hygiene and cleanliness
The Nate has always put the hygiene and cleanliness of our building as a top priority. Whilst we do not believe that we should panic we are taking the situation seriously and are being increasingly vigilant when it comes to enforcing the right hygiene standards throughout our property. In order to keep our residents and our potential guests informed we have listed below our cleaning services routine. Regular cleaning routine
Our experienced staff are well trained and able to provide professional cleaning services. Apart from the usual in-studio housekeeping services three times per week and linen change once per week, we also continue to have a daily cleaning routine throughout the whole building from the communal area, kitchen, lounge, rooftop, lobby, lift buttons and all door handles. We use 1:99 diluted household bleach to clean all surface areas.
Cutlery, pots and cups are properly sanitized
Our staff help to clean all the cutlery, pots and cups by putting them into the dishwashers three times a day. We also recommend every resident to wash and clean the used utensils and pots right after they cook in the kitchen and to use their own water bottles we provide.
We know that dirt and bacteria can easily come into the building, usually from the bottom of people’s shoes as they walk in. To combat this we place a disinfectant doormat at the entrance which we regularly disinfect with 1:99 diluted household bleach. We also clean all the carpets and rugs in property regularly.
At The Nate, we have installed air purifiers and de-humidifiers on each floor which help to circulate the air and keep it from being stagnant.
