In April, we are very excited to launch our Wellness Month at THE NATE! Our goal with Wellness Month is to try to help our residents find ways to engage in a healthy lifestyle during this challenging time. We have organised a complimentary meditation class on The Nate rooftop, signed up Nosh to help you get some nutritious meals delivered and we have some great exercise videos exclusively for Nate residents on how to work out in small spaces:
We have invited the founder of Ohmygoodies, Phoebe Chan to host a complimentary meditation session for our Nate residents at rooftop on 12 April 5-6pm.

Maximus Studio has made some videos exclusive for The Nate residents on how to work out at home.
As The Nate resident, you can also enjoy a 10% discount on any personal training packages. The packages costs between $850 to $1000 per session and they offer packages with10, 20, or 30 sessions.

- Order between 3 to 20 days, for 2 or 3 meals per day
• Meals are delivered cold, between 7 – 9 am daily
• Healthy, western recipes with 4 different types of ‘goals’:
Balanced Diet, Weight Loss, Build Muscle & NOSH Veggie
- Plans start each week on Monday or Tuesday.
