Hygiene & Cleanliness at The Nate

The Nate has always put the hygiene and cleanliness of our building as a top priority. 

We have always put the hygiene and cleanliness of our building as a top priority.  We are being increasingly vigilant when it comes to enforcing the right hygiene standards throughout our property.

Regular cleaning routine

Our experienced staff are well trained and able to provide professional cleaning services. Apart from the usual in-studio housekeeping services 3 times per week and linen change once per week, we also continue to have a daily cleaning routine throughout the whole building from the communal area, kitchen, lounge, rooftop, lobby, lift buttons and all door handles. We use 1:99 diluted household bleach to clean all surface areas.

Cutlery, pots and cups are properly sanitized

Our staff help to clean all the cutlery, pots and cups by putting them into the dishwashers three times a day. We also recommend every resident to wash and clean the used utensils and pots right after they cook in the kitchen.

Disinfectant doormat

We know that dirt and bacteria can easily come into the building, usually from the bottom of people’s shoes as they walk in. To combat dirt and bacteria, we place a disinfectant doormat at the entrance which we regularly disinfect with 1:99 diluted household bleach. We also clean all the carpets and rugs in property regularly.

Hand sanitizer

Hand washing is an important measure in reducing the spread of disease and infections. We have placed hand sanitizer around the building for our residents and guests’ use in the communal area.

Air Purifier & De-Humidifiers 

We have installed air purifiers and de-humidifiers on each floor which help to circulate the air and keep it from being stagnant.

Anti-Covid Manager (ACM)

We collect and analyses indoor air quality and air ventilation by using the Anti-Covid Manager. It can reduce COVID propagation risk by airborne transmission.
