Food waste is not a small issue in Hong Kong. Shockingly, around the world, a third of all food produced for human consumption is wasted.
In order to further reduce food waste, we have installed a food composting machine at The Nate, which can recycle food waste into fertilizers that can be used for our rooftop plants🌱
