See below how NOSH meal plans work:

  • Order between 3 to 20 days, for 2 or 3 meals per day
    • Meals are delivered cold, between 7 – 9 am daily
    • Healthy, western recipes with 4 different types of ‘goals’:

Balanced Diet, Weight Loss, Build Muscle & NOSH Veggie

  • Plans start each week on Monday or Tuesday.

How to order?

Sign up with your email at nosh.hk/cuisine and fill in details.

Step 2 

Choose Your Brand

Step 3

Choose Your Goal

Step 4

Order your meal by adding to shopping chart. Cut off time is 9am Saturdays / Mondays.

Step 5

Check out & Process your payment with credit card.

Step 6 

The meal will be delivered to your address between 7-9 am daily.
