At The Nate, our residents’ health has always the top priority for us especially during COVID-19, which has been and continues to be challenging for all of us. Therefore, we will be installing a device on the 12/F common area which is not only an Anti-Covid Manager (ACM) but also collects and analyses the indoor air quality and air ventilation.
THE ACM is designed to do the following:
- Reduce COVID propagation risk by airborne transmission
- Energy-saving by proper air balancing
- Increase staff and residents’ confidence and engagement for indoor air quality
